So Unpredictable
Yesterday, I was so innocent about the whole
there-should-be-no-classes thing. Really, I didn't know anything about it. Well, not until
Angel kept on repeating, "
Aaaaaahhhh.. uwi na tayo!" Oh, just imagine how clueless I was. I couldn't relate to anything about it at all. Embarrassing-- sorta. Also, the others kept on asking, "
may classes ba?" And I, thinking that we're all in school anyway (not really ALL.. but you know, atleast a handful were present), gave those people a positive answer. I mean, why the heck would I go on saying
"no" when, all the while, I don't really know what's happening. Funny. NOT. Well, actually we were adviced to just attend the 7am mass. Yeah, it just lasted for thirty minutes.. atleast thirty minutes. Then, we had the usual morning talk and the awards were given out. By then, I noticed that we were somewhat
exceeding the time given to us. I mean, we were to be finished by 7:40 but in the clock it was 7:45 then it became 7:50 then 7:55. That gave me a ting.
Classes were cancelled. Yup, even if some where in school already.
For the first time, I didn't rejoice about this matter. I know I should since I'll be getting the whole day off and it'll give me a lot of additional time to prepare for Monday's terror, but due to the current situation of our country, it only brought me '
the chills.' (I know it may be funny now that I'm talking about our country and all.. yeah, you go on and laugh your heart out since you'll be reading the ugliest effing post ever. :P No.. I'm not kidding. I'm not really any good at this, but because I'm so pissed off with all that's happening.. here it goes..)
I don't really know the
exact reason why we had the classes cut off. Is it due to the Edsa Anniversary or the mere fact that there's
coup de etat and our country's not stable? Now.. do tell me which of these.
Really, I'm just pissed off with the current goings-on of our country. I mean, aren't you tired of hearing all these news? C'mon, I'm sure you guys are fed up too. :P
*sigh*
I don't really like the idea of
another martial law. I, for one, have not experienced it but as to how my parents told me about it, it just scared me. Another martial law would
DO NO GOOD AT ALL, it just adds burden to everyone else. Yes, everyone else. Every Filipino is involved. Just imagine how excruciatingly devastating our country is. First, we had this problem in corruption, then this. People are trying to overthrow the government and are doing rallies elsewhere. I don't know what the president's doing about it at all. And for one, I've heard about people who are anti-gloria being captured. Scary, huh? I think she's following Marcos' footsteps. Oh c'mon, not another one. Sh*t.
It's upsetting to know all about this and that. All the news being reported are about the rallies and all. Argh this effing situation. Please, please, I'm so fed up. I mean, c'mon.. how about the future we are facing?
I'm dying to end all these drama, you know. Philippines will have no future with its current situation. Love is what lacks. We do not love one another; we do not love the Philippines.
I just wish we'll all have the guts to stand up for what we believe in. I just wish we really do.. I don't really like idea of a replay of what happened 20 years ago.
*sigh*
All we can really do is pray, pray, pray.
